消息来源可靠，相关机型将于2011年2月份正式发布，由51nb专门网独家提供以下信息：
ThinkPad X220：采用16:9屏幕，USB2.0(不是USB3.0)，不是此前说的X210。
ThinkPad T420：QM67芯片组，支持mSATA(可达80GB容量)，与WWAN更换使用(即两者不
能同时使用)，重量与T410大致相同，约2.25KG，支持4个USB2.0接口(其中两个标准
USB2.0，一个增强供电，一个与eSATA组合)，16:9屏幕，集成显卡或Nvidia N12M-NS独
立显卡，两个内存插槽支持DDR3-1333。
ThinkPad T420s：QM67芯片组，16:9屏幕，支持USB3.0及eSATA，两个内存插槽支持
DDR3-1333，尚无其它细节。
