发帖数: 4921 | 1 2011赛季在我们搞完Gobbler grind marathon之后基本上已经完了。
只有上周六有个大点比赛。psycho wyco那个路线的10迈alternate chili run和6.5迈
的chili run.在Wyandotte county lake。我时间安排不开，没去。我们running club
有10来个朋友去了。
12月23-26没什么比赛。
元旦早上kansas city track club有个KCTC new year's day run,12miles。免费的。

发帖数: 2679 | 2 我还在犹豫要不要跑4月份的olathe Marathon.跟另外的比赛冲突。4月份可以brew to
brew 44迈 solo,然后跑free state 100k，但free state跟olathe是同一天。今年我就
放弃了olathe.
olathe oz Marathon非常适合做首马。是kc这里最平的比赛，有pacer，support也不错
。距离也比较准。适合PR.
trail nerds二月份的psycho wyco是kc最难的比赛，没有之一，非常牛叉，不怕扭脚的
话建议看看

Just signed up this toughest course in midwest.
trail run. no pavement. 6000feet climbing. last year was a foot deep snow.
TNF is nothing comparing to this one.
