对新的机器要求是尽量轻薄，同时性能不要太弱（lenovo x120e 的AMD APU测评不错，

. Tired of return and re-order. want to reintall windows 7 utimate. However,
I just found it will automatic upgrade to utimate version with windows 7
utimate DVD in the USB DVD drive, it only took 10 mins and no need to
reintall programs and drivers. No need to input any product key either. (
since x220 has slic?) Then you can download any langurage pack to switch the
display to english or chinese |

I ordered a X220 on 05/13 and the ship date estimate is 06/07.
However I just received shipping confirmation email today.
Status: Shipped on 05/17/2011
PS: I called to request a change from wireless N1000 to N6205 over the
weekend and was told that a request was sent to warehouse to remove the
original order. But it seems like that it doesn't work at all. |

方案一：
换装SATA3 600MBps。x220/x220T只能用7mm，要拆除外壳。另购USB3.0 移动硬盘盒，
装取出的320G HDDs，方便和其它机器交换数据。
方案二：
加装mSATA，保留原320G HDD当数据盘。但x220/x220T的mSATA插口是SATA2 300MBps，
性能上不如方案一的SATA3 600MBps。价格上mSATA也比普通SSD贵，因为用的人少，
Intel 310 mSATA 80G要价$180左右 (相比Intel 320 120G $150 after rebate)，容量
小速度慢价格高，唯一的好处是携带更方便。 |

然后这个X220 买回来后 发现几个问题 不知道那些算是品控 那些算是common的
首先触摸板，X220这个触摸板比T420差了不少，之前班上有同学说触摸板还可以 ，我
搜索了下，也有反映说不好用的，而且我这个触摸板 似乎有一点松动，左端会有1毫米
的松动。
然后屏幕在启动画面 全黑的时候 能看到屏幕下方好几个漏光的地方，固定间隔的漏
光点，大概有5，6个 启动好以后看不出来
后面的电池是9芯的，也比较松动，固定不严实 会晃动
补充1个 左下方是个express card，因为里面是空的，所以在摁电脑左下角的时候 能
感觉到下陷， 因为里面是空的，感觉会断裂的样子， 不知道塞满了应该就没问题了吧
不知道那些是严重的问题 但是没时间和印度3哥扯皮了。。其他感觉还不错 |

，而且下完单后就再也找不到那个单子了，没法核实到底有哪些配置。不过我倒是因为
这个得了便宜：我下单时太急（因为前面3个都没抢到），忘了加10%的coupon。事后找
客服，告诉我再把同样的东西加到shopping cart里，截屏，email给她，她就依此截图
给我price match。哪还有同样的！只剩下一个更便宜的非IPS平的x220，只好把这个截
屏给了她，结果下来退给我的差价比10%还多不少。 |

的时候，用不着GPS；导航的时候只能用手机那样大小的东西。
你的Gobi4000是用在x220上吗？是MC7700、MC7750还是MC7710？我查了下半天，没有人
报道用在x220上，而且是$60左右，所以先整了个$10的Gobi2000。现在一番折腾下来，
发现没有什么理由不能上Gobi4000，所以准备整一个。 |

不过X220送到了一看，也确实是相当cheap。而且居然还有i7和i5版本接口都不一样的
设计，实在太ws了。以为只要是x220都带USB3.0，结果居然只有i7的是，i5的没有USB3
