网易汽车11月21日综合报道 汽车制造商向经典设计致意的做法往往能赢得喝彩和顾客
。不过，中国汽车制造商陆风（Landwind）可能做得过头了。
在广州车展（Guangzhou Motor Show）亮相的陆风最新款X7运动型多功能汽车，与捷
豹路虎（Jaguar Land Rover）的揽胜极光（Evoque）有着惊人的相似之处，以至于这
家英国制造商正在研究是否可以采取行动。
X7的零售价将不到揽胜极光在中国销售价的一半。它采用了与揽胜极光同样低矮的风格
，类似的轮罩细节，以及相仿的前脸。
“在2014年还能看到这种事情发生，令人吃惊，我们都以为中国制造商已经不玩这种游
戏了，”伯恩斯坦研究公司（Bernstein Research）分析师马克斯沃伯顿（Max
Warburton）称，“已经有一段时间没出现如此公然的行为了。”
捷豹表示，将“采取一切恰当措施保护其知识产权”。

陆风X7注册外观专利 路虎极光才是赝品
在即将开幕的广州车展上，你将会看到一个奇观，那就是遍地开花的路虎极光。甚至，
有这么一款极光，不但外观上雌雄部分，而且人家在不少指标上也都超过了最早的极光。
那么，现在问题来了，它们谁是正版谁是盗版呢？
早在研发阶段，代号为E32的陆风SUV，就取得了国内的外形设计专利。而此时已经上市
的路虎极光，也不知道是忘了申请还是没申请到，反正就是没有外观专利。
于是就这样，陆风X7顺利问世，而路虎极光则干脆就当没看见。其实也是没办法，人家
手里有专利。
而且在，早在八年前，当时陆风就和路虎，在欧盟因为“LAND WIND”太像“LAND
ROVER”而进行过一番法律较量。意外的是，在欧盟的地盘上，陆风赢了。
不过，也不知道是不是陆风确实摸准了市场的脉搏，最近我们也看到了不少支持陆风X7
的言论。确实，如果单论性能，陆风X7的三菱2.0T发动机＋盛瑞8AT的组合，完全不输

当年 LD 试驾过 BMW X5 和 Mercedes GL450。X5 有动感，但 GL450 空间宽敞有大气。
