先说一下我的基本情况。我是一个标准的北美wsn，今年43岁。以前从来没有对中长跑
有过兴趣，也没见我在这方面有任何天赋。从二十岁以后就再也没有跑过，因为跑步后
膝关节会疼好几天。以后的运动是以游泳和自行车为主，直到2009那一年，公司里搞了
一个2迈健身跑，从此爱上了跑步。虽然以后常常跑，但直到2011年，还没有跑过4迈以
上。
两年前，如果你说，一年内你能跑一个全马，我会说你在开玩笑。一年前，如果你说，
一年内你能BQ，我会说，跑得太快容易扯着蛋。可是，这些我都做到乐！这说明什么呢
？这说明：
任何人，只要方法得当，都能在一年内BQ！你，我，她，都能做到！
有的朋友问我，为了BQ你是不是跑得很多？我把今年的训练记录翻出来看看，发现跑得
真的不算多。请看下面的图示。从年始到赛前，我在十个月内总共跑了1，146迈，平均
