周日（2月5日）傍晚，位于浙江省天台县闹区的“足馨堂”足浴店发生火灾。现场死亡
人数为八人，10 人抢救无效死亡。另有18人受伤，其中一人伤势严重。
起火建筑位于天台县闹区，是一幢六层楼砖造住商混合楼，一二楼为足浴店，三至六层
为住宅。从案发现场拍摄的视频能建到建筑物布满烈焰及浓烟。有民众跳楼逃生。
天台县人民政府周一就火灾召开新闻发布会，称足浴店负责人已被警方控制。台湾《苹
果日报》引述目击者说法，称是蒸气房起火导致。但官方尚未公布确切起火原因。

起这些事件的人都使用了争人权、反歧视、争取自由和正义等理由，然而广泛的抢劫、
纵火、打砸、伤害生命却是事实的真相。在洛杉矶，白人、朝鲜裔、黑人的店铺被洗窃
、砸烂、烧毁，53人丧失生命，许多人受伤。在拉萨，20座建筑被烧毁，908家店铺、
120间房屋、7所学校、5家医院被砸烂，银行被抢，许多车辆被烧，18平民被杀害或烧
死，400多人被打伤。洛杉矶和拉萨的骚乱者做了同样的事：他们从店铺里拿走所有他
们能搬动的东西，殴打或者干脆杀掉妨碍他们行径的人，烧掉所有他们拿不走的东西。

BEIJING (AP) — An express bus burst into flames on an elevated roadway in
southeastern China on Friday, killing at least 42 people and injuring 33

2002年毕业生刘菊花硕士学位论文涉嫌抄袭事件。
据不完全统计，包括中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华社在内的多家权威媒体报道
了该事件，网络媒体对此事件的转载和传播更是不计其数。不仅如此，《中国日报》对
该事件的英文报道还将这一丑闻传遍了全世界。因此，依法对刘菊花硕士论文涉嫌抄袭
案加以查处，不仅事关刘菊花本人，而且关系到贵院、中国研究生与学位教育质量、人
文社会科学界乃至整个中国学术界在海内外的学术信誉。然而，半年多时间过去了，刘
