Yes, you can apply for GC for your husband immediately. My friend was
interviewed once or twice during the petion. SHe got the official approval
within 6 months. I think as soon as you submit the petition, you can submit
separate petition for travel document and work authorization (just like you
sumbit AP and EAD petition together with I485). |

发帖数: 1 | 17 被《温哥华太阳报》的一篇报道刷屏了——中国留学生温哥华炒房震惊加拿大！，看到这个新闻的时候我哈哈一笑，国内的房地产因为地产商和政府原因，价格那叫一个蹭蹭飙升啊，特别是北上广深的奋斗小年轻们，买完一辈子背上都背了一套房子债！但这不算什么！现在中国新一代接班人已经将房价炒到国外去啦！简直是青出于蓝胜于蓝！
据资料显示有位“Xuan Kai Huang”同学，去年四月以719万加元（约合3640万人民币）买下，今年五月以835万加币将房子卖出，足足净赚了116万加元（约合人民币585万元）并且该同学以银行贷款购买的房产，瞧瞧，这是什么经济头脑！这就是中国人说的钱生钱呐！而且温哥华房价同比增长了30%，已经是全球房价第六贵城市！我是不是可以笑称中国经济头脑改变世界房产价格？
不过呢，留学生在国外申请贷款也不是那么容易的，申请人如果不具备贷款资格，是需要担保人的，现在房子被炒的这么热，一天一个价格，有专门的炒房人士不断的买卖家庭住宅拉升房价。
在这个物质社会 金钱第一的当下，我还是由衷的想说一句：不要只拿房子当商品，别忘了房子=家。 |

条件反射说英文
受周围新加坡人的影响，许多人经常会条件反射地蹦出一两个英文单词。比如，不小心
踩到别人，或是打喷嚏会说“sorry”；在公车、地铁上穿过人群的时候会说“excuse
me”；惊讶的时候会说“OMG”；而东西掉了什么的则会随口说“oops”。
