Policy的大陆学生似乎还没有听说过，也许有但是我可能没有听说过。坚持做IR的有做
得好的，比如今年毕业的Cao Xun，UWashington毕业，现在在Princeton做Post-doc.已
经拿到英国的一个offer.
听Public Policy的朋友说，Public Policy Ph.d.在Faculty job market是比较艰难的
，这个market很小。一个主要的原因是太专业化，另外一个原因是很容易被其他学科渗透
。政治学经济学社会学甚至法学院工学院医学院商学院教育学院传播学院心理学工业工
程专业都可能有人做与公共政策相关的研究和博士论文。
你的背景可能也成问题。比如urban policy的人有城市规划背景，health policy很多
students有statistics or M.D.背景，environmental policy的人有environmental
science or chemistry or Law背景。social policy有些人是从sociolo |

业后选择了读PhD，但大部分人去了industry。但至于是不是在英国就不得而知了。
网上有个文档，是去年毕业生的去向，MS和Credit Suisse去的最多，各有3个。
Barclays 和JPM各有两个，GS有一个。
Wilmott好像早就不在那里了，自己出去单干去了，搞了CQF。不过他们主页上还是把他
列为创办人之一。现在好像聘请了一个中国人做chair，叫Xun Yu Zhou，是从香港中文
大学挖过去的。 |

DER校友的文章，就让我很折服)。也不象某些学校的人不管牛与不牛都有一把大嘴：)
版主职责：负责版面的维护，整理精华区。
我不打算做板斧，这个新版开张后大约不会立刻繁荣昌盛，后来者有经验或没经
验的都可申请BM/BF，尽力把本版维护好。
我在5年前在这里申请过开西北工业大学版，没有被批，今日重提。
开版后应该会得到一定人数的支持：)

very warm and touching story,and covered ren kou lao ling hua problem
wondering why no government agents r interested in this movie
his stuff is much better than that 100 shown on monday

it is OK to ignore him as a Chinese writer. For Gao Xingjian, I read some part
of Lin Shan, really hard for me to enjoy his work. I don't think he could
be comparable to Lu Xun or Lao She. If he wrote and publish his works in
China, I don't think they would draw any attentions from public only by
their literature values.
