start off with buyer agent during the first 4 months - visited countless
open house (avg 2-5 open house per week), agent is only useful for :
1. open door for me,
2. asking me to offer 15-20% over listing price,
3. asking me to remove every contingencies when making offer (yea lol!)
4. I asked for cash rebate, he just smiled at me. (lol)

It is directly wired to existing or newly installed power with wire nuts
inside the closed, secure power box located in the hood. I guess you could
attach a power cord to the hood and plug it into a power outlet.

once installed and setup click on tv then genesis icon, that has the nicest
GUI with episode summaries and screen shots from each one. will mark which

to favorites.
