一听谷子心一凉，惭愧五谷不分。一会儿翻成rice，一会儿翻成wheat……回来查字典
，一说millet（查中文是小米、黍，又去查黍……），一说unhusked/unhulled rice（
未脱壳的稻谷）。发言人说的是湖南江永的瑶族女人以前社会地位较高，有支配家产的
权力。有的结拜姐妹捐出十几担谷子，作为共同的基金用于投资。猜想是稻谷吧？“担
”我也没翻出来，回来查是picul，一担50公斤。我该上山下乡一趟……
2. 甲骨文

这个词最早最经典最权威的出处用法是在圣经摩西的十戒. 最后的第十戒就是戒的"觊
觎垂涎".
"You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your

anything that belongs to your neighbor."
我觉得"covet"不仅是指你很想要这东西,更重要的涵义是这东西其实不该属于你的.如
