stupid bank guy telling u its average or bad. 675 is enough to get a great
if not the best rate for auto. And 680 is enough to get a mortgage with
average rate.
Hmm think of the auto loan approval as the mortgage approval prior to 2009 |

who cares seriously, if i have few K per months laying around every month
after paying mortgage and other bills, I would just get a nice car I really
enjoyed. you only get to live once, I don't get all the calculation and % in
household incomes, you are not a bank.
say 300k a year in NYC is pretty poor, so, if I make 30k in NYC, I would be

trying to give me a ticket after I parked on it for 20 seconds. glad I was
in the car, and argued with him. well, begged. and yes he said the ticket
was gonna be a little over 300, was about 7 years ago when I was still in

with the comments about reliability for german cars, yo, at least they are
better than American cars.
for your budget (OTD),
if you want to stay within 50k, or even 45k, go for the cherokee
if 50-60k, I would go for ML.
if 60k- 65k, I would go for X5,
if you have 65k+ to spend, don't even bother with a mid size BBA SUV, go for
the cayenne(~70k OTD last time I checked with plat edition, yea it's a

my answer to your question.
Nurse's salary is highly relevant to their shift and work location. the size
of the hospital is irrelevant. for example, a RN in a small hospital in LA
makes ~ 60k when they first graduate, if they like to take night shifts, it
is going to be ~ 70k. for male nurses, it starts at 70k, a little higher
than the female nurses.
