民主党的人，克林顿时代的财政部长，克林顿家族的好朋友。考虑到FED任期一般四年
，如果奥巴马现在2013底提名summers成功，他将在2014年初接替伯南克担任FED主席。
假如希拉里2016年入驻白宫，那么希拉里最好的盟友就已经在FED等着她，万一summers
