是一觉到天亮，质量也很好。有时有梦。只有在月经前会有失眠症状。刚刚服用月见草
胶囊3个月（未咨询过医生，网上找到一些讨论此药的论坛，读后，擅自服用的），一
天一粒而已，经前失眠有些缓解。但发现如果熬夜，睡眠时间反而不能长。
2. 问胃口,你感觉饿吗?有欲望想吃什麽特别的食物或是喜爱什麽味道的食物?
或是不饿,完全没有胃口.

to some lawyers who have years of experience in family law cases.
martindale has a little bit more information about the lawyer's background
than the yellowpages. check this link:

then locate lawyers in the towns near you. talk to a few for preliminary
consultation, and you'll probably get a feel who you want to work with.

件。不是什么大事，但是可能会牵扯到一些华盛顿州的法律法规，所以我觉得请个本地
的律师（不一定是中国人）会方便一些。
我的问题是：
1，怎样查找本地的律师？
我能想到的是Yellowpage，Craigslist，Backpage。请问有没有更好更全面的信息来源？
2，怎样鉴别律师的质量？
如果您说越贵就越好，那就算了。我会去面谈一下，不过我在这方面没有经验。希望有
经验的大哥大姐给些建议。另外如果有人知道有西雅图附近的好律师，请推荐给我，不
胜感激。

OB/GYN directly.
2.If no medical insurance, go to Planned Parenthood, www.plannedparenthood.
org. It is relative cheaper, 350-900US$. If you check yellowpage, some
clinic claim that they provide service. In fact they have religion
background and persuade you not to have abortion.
3. If you have low abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, go to emergency room
of a big hospital. D&C can be done as an emergent procedure even |
