从 阮一峰的网络日志 大概两年前，我看到报纸上说，南京有一对夫妇搞"网游代练"，
被提起公诉。
我当时觉得不可思议，《刑法》哪一条说这是一种罪啊？公安局和检察院凭什么听从网
游公司的命令，动用国家机器，去对付两个小人物？难道国家机器只为网游公司的利益
服务？......不平则鸣，我就写了一篇文章《外挂代练是什么罪？》。
文章发表后，有一些反响，很多网站转载了。奇怪的是，这个案件本身却没了动静，不
知道怎么判。时间一长，我也把这件事忘了。
直到上周，我收到一封电子邮件，来信人自称是这个案件的当事人，而且说下周就要宣
判，她很可能去服刑。她在绝望中想到向我求助，希望我能帮她呼吁，引起社会的关注。
她写了一篇很长的申诉书，我读后非常动容，没想到这个案件背后有这么多意想不到、
令人发指的内幕。下面就是她的申诉书，请大家来评评，他们到底犯了什么罪？

秦刚：大家下午好，我先发布两条消息。
应老挝总理波松·布帕万邀请，温家宝总理将于3月29日至31日对老挝进行工作访
问，并出席在万象举行的大湄公河次区域经济合作第三次领导人会议。
为使媒体对此次访问及其背景情况有更多了解，外交部部长助理何亚非将于3月26
日上午11点在新闻发布厅举行吹风会。
应中国政府邀请，阿拉伯联合酋长国副总统兼总理、迪拜酋长穆罕默德·本·拉希
德·马克图姆将于3月31日至4月3日对中国进行正式访问。

在一家国际数据公司担任呼叫代理兼翻译的朱珊珊很快适应了大幅缩短的午餐时间，她

去。我认为他们无法适应这里的职场文化。"

PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 Utah)- Police in Provo are asking for the communities
help finding a missing BYU student.
Yifeng Xu was last seen on BYU campus Sunday, November 8th. He has not
returned to class or to his apartment since then.
Xu also goes by Ephraim. Police say he is 22 years old, Chinese, with black
hair and dark eyes. He is 5'11" and weighs 145 pounds.
According to police Xu was in a crisis when he was last seen and suffers
from undiagnosed mental difficulties.

around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Officers located him on the east side of Brick
Oven, 111 E. 800 North.
Xu was wearing several layers of clothing and appeared to be malnourished,

严重不足的地区混迹的人一直非常羡慕。今天也很高兴能和版里的axii一起踢球，另外
Gu Tian,Zhang Yifeng，还有些叫不上名的哥们，比如那个生猛的中后卫都踢的很棒。
