3月中旬的一场大雪冻伤了樱花，50%的yoshino樱花开不了，机票旅馆都不能退，也只
好去了，第一天阴天只在下午一小会转晴，一下飞机就先去看樱花，眼见很多的花苞冻
伤，但还是有不少躲过了倒春寒开花了。
去华盛顿特区看樱花都会去Tidal Basin，一个小湖四周种满了日本樱花，走一圈就是
看一圈的风景，视频就是照着走的路线排的。一路还有三个大的纪念馆。有video也有
数十张摄影作品。

基本上 物理化学生物医学，人家都有有力候选人物，全面开花。
比如这个人，物理猜中了，生物医学猜错了。化学待看，如果锂电池的话，估计日本人
又得一枚。
实现首次物化生满杠。
当初日本政府说了什么50年30个诺贝尔，新华社说了痴人说梦。不过人家完成一半了，
关键人家一半含金量高，不是洋鬼子做的。
智商上，中国人绝不输日本人，关键还是制度问题，在日本当研究者有荣誉感，收入还
比较高。
如果做到教授级别，收入就排在行业前10名，也就是律师飞行员医生比他们高。总之，
在日本做到 “先生”就没人会考虑生存这种事。
在中国当研究者，最大问题如何生存下去。而不是做一流的研究。
国家投入也是一个很大问题。 中国目前资金也年年增加，不过还没达到国家的GDP10%
以上，
前几年据说直邮3%，都没国防4%多。 三公估计都有4%。
只要中国修改制度，让做研究的安心做研究，数目量可以适当收缩。

根据《南华早报》，亚洲开发银行研究所院长吉野直行 (Naoyuki Yoshino)27日提出警
告，在中美贸易战下，中国在处理房地产上时必须格外谨慎，因为中国已经开始出现20
世纪80年代日本泡沫经济的迹象。他表示，宽松的货币政策奠定了房地产泡沫化的基础。
报导中提到，为应对2008年全球金融危机，中国过去10年不断推动抵押贷款和各种信贷
、房地产借贷，让投资出现快速增长。这和日本当年的做法很像，最后泡沫经济使日本
陷入持续近25年的衰退。这个影响一直持续到今天，为了刺激通货膨胀，日本央行仍将
利率维持在零或低于零。
房屋投资是中国家庭创造财富的少数几种方式之一，《南华早报》引用中国房价行情(
creprice.cn)报导，以北京来说，2000年左右平均房价是每平方米约4千元人民币（约
578美元）。到了今天每平方米飙升了15倍来到6万元以上（约8677美元）。这也使总体
住房价格与收入比率从1996年的5.6急剧上升至2013年的7.6，远高于日本1988年高峰期
的3.0。

两年前在芝加哥梦楚斯港口（Montrose Harbor）将一名62岁越南裔渔翁推下湖溺水而
亡的凶犯约翰海利（John Haley），11日正式以“过失杀人罪”（involuntary
manslaughter）被宣判10年监禁。在伊州法律对“过失杀人罪”的量刑方面，10年监禁
是最重的惩罚。
亚裔社团对此宣判表示不满，认为法庭定罪过轻。亚裔美国人学院（Asian American
Insitute）行政主任李图苡（Tuyet Le）表示，这样的结果是让人难以接受的，法庭不
应对此类犯罪轻描淡写。
全美日裔公民联盟（Japanese American Citizens League）美中区主任威廉（William

formation, since their Yoshino has a similar armament placement with Zhiyuan
, i.e. the turrets mounted on the bow and stern, etc.
Nothing hard to understand. BeiYang's ships were built under older design
philosophy that emphasized frontal fire power. Their formation were
designed to utilize this. |
