1.此方法只适用于hertz avis enterprise和budget 其他公司的没研究

Cy Young奖是象征MLB投手最高荣誉的奖项。其实出身很晚/古早时代
，投手和野手一起竞争MVP。 但是古典派的观点认为投手并不可能全
勤不能象野手那样天天出赛/对于球队的贡献小
争取所谓最有价值MVP奖自然在票选上吃亏。多年来有不少争议。/至
今日依然不息。成立一个专门的投手奖项的看法就不断地在酝酿着。
1956年MLB根据这样一个构思，由全美棒球写作人协会(BBWAA)/就是
那个有资格评选各种季后奖项的组织正式设立Cy Young奖奖励当年最
佳投手。名字由来是因为Cy Young，MLB生涯最多胜投保持人(career
wins: untouchable 511，我很怀疑被改写的可能)刚刚去世不久，为
纪念他的丰功伟绩，也作为投手的表率，命名之。
当初这个奖是两个联盟/AL，NL共同竞争。十分剧烈。难免有不少遗
珠之憾。甚至牵扯到两联盟裁判的判决角度。加上新的球团扩编进来
，要求各选各的声浪甚嚣尘上。
终于在67年MLB顺应潮流，由两个联盟各自票选Cy Young奖得主。毕

pair。这道题有O(n)的算法么？
这道题实际上是可以转换成Young Tableau的，定义C[i][j] = A[i] + B[j], 则矩阵C
的每行每列都是严格升序排列的，所以C是一个Young Tableau
虽然C让问题看去很直观，但大小为n x n的Young Tableau是做不到O(n)时间取得最小n
个元素的吧？或许原题可以转换为这个新问题，但能找到一个更巧妙的方法，其复杂度
小于这个新问题? 也就是原问题和新问题，不是等价的。 |
