until they can consistantly make reasonable contact with their longer irons
(5 or 4 irons or short hybrids). Then move-on to woods or longer hybrids

then try to swing fast or "hard" 1/3 of your practice swings. |

天，我也会遇到平台期，我可能会怎么做？也许，打破当前的平衡，稍微调整一下饮食
和运动的比例，重新建立一个对身体更健康的平衡，譬如保持总热量（或稍减一点点，
千万别Starve youself)，但是减少碳水食物再多一点，换成吃蔬菜蛋白类食物再多一
点，加长运动时间或加重运动强度一点，譬如像我我计划加快蛙泳速度，增加自由泳时

营养和修复。而且更WORSE的是：早中期压缩性甚至裂隙性骨折，一般X-片或者经验
不足得放射科和骨科医生都可能看 不出来或忽视掉，直到最后严重的地步。
这不是吓唬你，很多人不懂其厉害关系，直到晚了，没法治疗或再无法参加竞技运
动时才求医或治疗--NO WAY， TOO LATE。
这也是为何，当我看到有“腕疼”的字眼，会立即码这么长一段。
其实，跟俺P也不沾的事。而只有1+1=?蠢蛋才看不出老刀得好心和文字得价值，这种蠢蛋DESERVE 混到残掉哭也无用。

should change our play due to downswings.
But sometimes, you can and should tighten yourself up if you feel that you
are on a tilt mode due to downswing. Putting youself in marginal situations
less can help you stop the bleeding. Some ways of play give you bigger swings
and some give you less swings. Playing the hands defensively more
than trying to be too aggressive can help.

unvoidable. Everybody will go on tilt once a while. It is very hard to
avoid any emotion change after losing a big pot. You just need to remind
youself do not get out of control and go back your normal game quickly.

In NG if you got break blocking, you can still evade(and that's what you
need to do) so it is relative easy in NG in aspect of that part.
but in DS if you got break blocking that means you run out of stamina, you
will have huge chance of beiing killed in next blow, and you are facing more
than 1 emnemies in corner, you are doomed for sure.
