却找到一个官方说明
Welcome to Zappos.com. Many other sites out there may claim to have Zappos
coupons, but the truth is Zappos does not offer coupons. Zappos.com is based
on service and selection, not price.
There are many reasons a Zappos coupon code is not offered. Examples are:
free shipping both ways, our 365-day return policy, our 24/7 customer

Zappos的发展经历对我是有启发的，强化利润还是追求公司文化，个人认为还是要
利润挂帅，ZAPPOS的公司文化太像HIGH TECH了，不适合商业公司。
Zappos的产品200000多种！365退货期限！免费发货退货！这样的商业模型好是不好？
我不会认为好。交易平台与商业实体的经营方式不同，卖时尚就应突出时尚，连保龄球鞋
也要做，有宽度没有深度。退货制度只会养一批垃圾客户。
业务发展上，Zappos做到了大而全，产品很多，需要大量资金维持，不追求利润不行。
产品信息量大，对员工培训要求很高，培训过的员工服务时间越长越好，我想这是他们
重视员工福利的一个原因。
TONY在当年卖了他的。COM得到265 MILLION,启动ZAPPOS，经营10年，928 MILLION
卖给Amazon，他是赔是赚？我觉得他至少脚踏实地的真正地创业了。
Amazon的客服很差，买了去，不知对Amazon有怎样的影响？Amazon买的是对手？公司
文化？还是一批压仓货？也许都有一点。

反应。前前后后打电话到UPS总部和那个store,双方推来推去。
我联系zappos，zappos和UPS一致说没有scan是UPS store根本没寄出来。于是让我联系
那个store,老印老板说根本无法track这个事情，只能我自己负责。。。
还好zappos又一个rep说她会处理此事，先给我了refund,也没有多少，30刀，不过UPS
store真是太差劲了，就说drop off不归他们管，说是我的责任。。。难道我还要找目
击者不成，最后竟然说是pick up司机的责任，但是那个司机找不到了。。。 |

comer Zappos for 10 million Amazon shares or $880 million. (The Amazon
release said it was $807 million, but that was based on a trailing 45-day
estimate of its share price. Closing price today bumps the deal up to $888
million.) Zappos employees also will get $40 million in cash and restricted
stock. In other words the deal is more like $928 million all told. And
Zappos management will remain in place.

竞争机制要健康，能让员工看得见前途的公司比较好

lawyer版的总结,对于大所小所合伙人或者核心其实本质都是老鸨,
拉业务的干活
取消不取消billing hour这个,不可能是成功的核心,管理好是蛋糕上的添头
但是绝对不会是蛋糕本身
假设zappo规模上不去,初始资金不足,员工再快乐,无法用渠道和量去压制供货商
并且一开始把流量做大,那么还是失败的结局
记得ebiz的神医kiz以前提到过zappo现金流还是比较危险
当然,中等规模的律所的核心有空来板上指导业务还是不容易的
不过歧视什么老中律所也是没有必要的,不同人满足不同市场需求
没有老中流氓律师,那么多人办政治庇护怎么办?
都是服务业的不是? |

I jumped on this the last time they offered it about 6 months ago and its
pretty sweet. Its free overnight shipping which is better than their
