据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

新西兰当地媒体5月30日的报道，新西兰食品和货物协会（FGC）正要求新西兰农林部（
MAF）对纽之健奶粉及其出口方 一家新西兰注册公司Kiaora New Zealand Inter-
national Limited进行调查。按照FGC执行董事长凯瑟琳·里奇的说法，Kiaora根本不
是MAF的注册乳制品出口商，而纽之健并没有在新西兰和澳大利亚销售。这是否又是一
起继施恩、澳优之后的“假洋鬼子”血统之争？
6月1日，纽之健中国总代理深圳市纽之健奶粉有限公司给本报记者发来了新西兰当局颁
发的奶粉出口安全证书以及中国出入境检验检疫证书，并表示纽之健品牌为正宗新西兰
“血统”。
据本报记者调查，尽管此品牌在新西兰当地注册，但创立仅一年时间，而中国正是它唯

是真心地研究了问题，善意地提出了建议。但是，当一个肥胖症患者把一付减肥药方推
荐给一个大病初愈正在复原的气血不足者，就实际结果而言，真心和祸心，善意和恶意
，还有区别吗？
感谢世行行长佐利克先生的报告发布，也要感谢杜建国先生的闹场抗议，“2030年的中
国”之议，一夜之间成了舆论热点。
报告全文刚刚公布，这个时候谈论谁看懂了谁没看懂意义不大，完全读懂这份近500页
的报告不容易，但似乎也不能将完全读懂作为表达意见的资格门槛，排斥那些凭基本事
实就做出断定的发言。
若名古屋市长河村隆之明天写出一部500页的“1937年的南京”，可以肯定，人们不必
通读全书即可断定他的主要意思。
世界银行，作为一个在世界经济体系中行使特殊功能的金融机构，其基本立场和世界观
是固定不变的，中国的问题再特殊，也不能指望它完成一份与其根本的宗旨、目标和任
务相违背的报告。

奶粉出了问题，公司决定公开召回所有产品。但是，恒天然的召回建议被三鹿否决。三
鹿董事会一共有7名董事，恒天然公司在其中占有3名。作为小股东，恒天然无力改变三
鹿董事会的决议。
恒天然的可贵之处在于，尽管召回提议被否决，但恒天然坚持认为需要召回有毒奶粉。
在三鹿董事会遭遇失败后，恒天然把问题反映到了石家庄当地政府和新西兰驻华大使馆
