level. you can compare PHP, Java, and Rail. Or you should compare symfony,
zend, drupal and/or others.
There is no simple answer. The basic principle: use more loose framework for
the more customized and specific site/service; use more specific framework
for common type website that do not need much customization. It's a question
of flexibility vs. convenience.
Just my thoughts.

学html, javascript,css, php,Mysql，自己机器上装个zend server community，zend
studio试用版，写个页面出来，单机调试好。
再去godaddy买域名，去 amazon aws注册个帐户拿个ec2 http://www.qishansun.info/?p=8，把godaddy上面买的域名指到你的ec2 elastic ip上。ec2上面装好web server，把你写好的页面放上去就成了。

数据库。你不设置为可以remote访问，应该还好。你也可以把数据库的
密码设长一点，然后用Zend把包含密码部分加密一下。当然你也可以把所有的
关键数据加密后再放到数据库里去，加密和解密部分的code用Zend加密。 |

性能评价要恰当
最近陆续有些文章对jsp,asp,php的运行性能进行测试，但由于这些
技术实现的方式不一样，
所以没有什么可比性，从而导致测试结构差异很大。
在这些测试结果中,asp往往被归属为性能最差的一种，而jsp借助于
第一次运行时被编译为
servlet,以后以servlet方式运行，php借助于zend，获得很高的性能
。但事实上而以此同
asp相比较实际上就是类似于perl的exe方式和脚本方式的比较，不公
平
公平的比较方式是使asp尽量接近jsp,php+zend的运行方式去运行，
所以一般的方法是使用
vb(atl)或vb写activex组件，然后在asp中调用(注意：这样也只是接
近而已)
以用vb为例，写一个组件：performance,建立一个class:loop,实现
一个test方法

动生成的文档，它是没有像java sdk api之类的手册的。不是说开源就这个样子的，
zend framework, drupal, spring, strust,api手册教程都很像样。不过人家提供开源
