November 18, 2011 to remove the pre-treatment biodistribution evaluation

1。Zevalin 在bioscan 取消后应该会有些增长，由于市场主要被rituxan占有，
Zevalin上升空间偏向有限。
2。它的目前主要收入来源fusilev 始终受到generic 恢复产量的危险，
3。sppi 近期买下了Zevalin 的全球销售权，准备全球推广（不确定的成本和模式对短
期投资人来说是不利的）。
4。license 了GCSF，向癌症的supportive care 方向拓展。
5。pipeline 里还有两个后期的抗癌药。
公司strategy 很不错，长期发展有潜力，但是短期有不少不确定因素。 |

sppi 是一家开发抗肿瘤药物的biotech，已经有两个产品在marketing
Fusilev for treatment of osteosarcoma
ZEVAlin for treatment of NHL
sppi 还有Apaziquone 用来治疗bladder cancer,
目前正在进行两个phase3 clinical trials.
(大概估计要2012年才能出结果）
公司还有一些其它处在clinical test早期的drug candidates。
公司的marketing情况对目前公司的价值起主导作用。
ZEVALIN 的salevs在慢慢增长，但总revenue还是比较小（4q of 2010, 9M).
FUSILEV的marketing 比较有意思。
上市后卖的量一直很小，不过最近一个季度(4q 2010)却猛增到23M. 是上一季度的几乎
4倍
这个突然增长是因为最近leucovorin供应不足。

美股周一盘中下跌。美国国会减赤联合特别委员会(简称「超级委员会」)将公布1.2兆
美元的降低赤字方案，但市场一致不看好结果。超级委员会的结果可能导致未来十年军
事支出大减六千亿美元。但军事类股已大幅下滑，所以委员会的结果对该类股可能不会
造成太大的影响。
道琼工业指数盘中下跌291.27点，来到11504.70点，跌幅2.48%。那斯达克指数下跌61.

sppi 目前大部分value 来自fusilev. fusilev 本身没什么特别优势。 fusilev 卖的
好完全的起因是它的generic 生产短缺。
目前generic 供应在逐步恢复，所以，很自然会觉得fusilev 未来sale 没什么前景.
而这个negative 的不确定一直存在。
这次sale 56.6M 基本进入flat 平台，低于wk 预测。
sppi 花了大力气开拓zevalin市场，但是zevalin和rituxan 比有明显缺点，能否成功
要看head to head 试验和它的market 能力，这一点很不确定。sppi 其他pipeline 比
较早期，
目前这个价格不贵，但是negative 东西比较多，除非跌到特别便宜，不然还是考虑其
它的吧。。 |

fusilev 失利还没有成事实，所以要看下一个er. 目前long 短期的risk 比较大。 长
期的话， sppi cash 比较足，pipeline 也比较丰富，Zevalin, 和他最近买回来的
anth 也许会成功，但是这个概率不大。如果他能把zevalin 做大，那这个公司就强大
了。
最好等大家把fusilev 这个negative future 的东西discount 掉，再看有么有机会。。 |

There are a couple options available for her but before that she probably
needs a repeat lymph node biopsy to make sure she is still dealing with the
same disease. Follicular lymphoma can transform to more aggressive form and
that has to be excluded first. I have not seen the cytogenetics study of her
previous lymph node biopsy and that would be helpful if it is available. If
is is documented that she still has the same disease then there are at

床.想打听下 GA101 和 Bendamustine 这2种药是否能治疗有效.和美国那边有啥办法么
? 另外听说美国和香港有种放射性药物叫Zevalin能否适合使用.
年龄57岁, 红细胞贫血在80g, 骨髓淋巴细胞比率是80% 化疗R+chop 4个疗程,没有明显
效果.医生建议我们观察,说治疗无效.诊断是CD20+ PAX5+ CD3- CD10- BCL6-
MuM1- CD23- CD5- CyclinD1- TdT- ki67 <25% 符合边缘B细胞淋巴瘤侵犯骨髓.
全身没有肿大淋巴结.病变只发生在骨髓. 想咨询下美国医生. 这个病怎么治疗提高生

for 边缘B细胞淋巴瘤, it is rare. i have not seen one in years. the general
information about it is:
1. there is no consensus how to treat this disease.
2. chemotherapy is used, but it is not known which drug is effective.
bendamustine is in this category.
3. theoretically, GA-101 and Zevalin should be effective based on the
immunophenotyping. |

sppi 目前有两个药在卖，目前的revenue还不大，不过正处于增长的趋势，能增加到多
少不太清楚。
FDA 2009年批准了ZEVALIN的扩展用途，这个会在后面的sale中体现出来，
FUSILEV的sNDA FDA会在2011年四月底给结果，如果批准，那也会增加FUSILEV的sale,
sppi目前应该风险不大，增长点主要来自这两个药的revenue，但这个需要时间。 |

sppi 的short rate 已经接近50％。 支持shorter 的信念就是fusilev 的sale 会在
generic 供应恢复后迅速下降，但在过去的一年一直延续到现在，fusilev的销量再不
