Zheda, both teams beat Beida but lost to TSinghua but never met.
Zheda has 2 strong male players but it seems Jiaoda's 2 double
matches are a little stronger. |

1. HuaGong is becoming stronger and stronger, they recruit one solid
1900-2000 each year, now 1870 ypeng is just their #4 or #5 player.
2. Beida could beat Zheda this year, just Beida had to play Shanghai
Jiada in quarter-final.
So Zheda is obviously weakest team in this year top 4. |

最近在跟老板说升title的问题，据他说是这样的：先建立一个这个title的需求，等HR
批准，然后为这个title建立一个internal opening，再让我一个人去申请这个opening。
我问还要不要走interview的流程，他说不要。
关于base salary的问题，我问title涨了以后薪水涨多少，他说“升title一般都有涨
薪水，公司也鼓励涨，至于涨多少，每个level上的variation很大所以他也很难说，先
把升职这事搞定了再说吧”
请问我是不是被忽悠了？下一步谈薪水应该怎么搞？我的485交了几个月了，眼看就到
180天了。多谢大家指点迷津 |

不喜欢change,喜欢consistency和routine.

about his real strength now. Defensive players usually look weaker than
their real level. Actually we recommended the ZheDa #1 player to the captain
. We watched him playing a couple of games against 1900-2000 players and
actually I played a match with him. I don't think a player under 2000 could
have much chance to beat him at all.

attack, he is about 2140, i feel he is someway stronger than Zheda's #1,
maybe chopper does not show his level in doubles:-) |

in 09, we beat Zheda 5:2 in semi- and 4:1 in final against Jiaoda lah. |

like last year we beat HuaNan Ligong 8->4, by playing 5 singles at
the same time, we won all, so we did not play double, for semi-final,
against Zheda, we played 5 singles first again, we won 3:2, so we had
to play those 2 doubles at the same time, we won both, so the final
score was 5:2, even though as long as we won 4 matches, the tie was
over. |

i always consider QW's double is better than his single.
team 1 just need 4 men high handers, maybe plus one 1600
player, next year, we should have 3-4 guys over 1750 in
team 2. this year, team 2 did well, it seems women's single
and mixed doubles lost all?
we need to find out 2 girls who are at least 1300, even fly her
to bay area like Zheda did this year. |

year, our #1 team has these same players in the past 5 years, no
new blood at all..
in the final, Jiaoda's old captain: 1900+ L C could not play at all,
neither in single nor in double, due to they wanted to beat us so
badly with 4 solid 2100+ players.
For our team, our #1 will turn to 60 yo next year, #2 has a chronicle
disease (he took a long break sleeping in his car when we waited

as hpzd's.
But in doubles, usually the serve returner should have advantage.
When i played Nanda#1, he pushed some my spinny underspin serves
under the net.
Our last point against Zheda in doubles, JinTong returned my top side
spin serve out of side bound, after he missed my no spin short serve. |

Zhang Jin, also javelin, both had MS from TSinghua, the Zheda
team 2 lady player also had MS from our school, so 18-20 players
are reasonable.
One of the key reasons i propose this 2 school head to head
team competition is trying to unite as many alumni players
as possible.
We also had some players who used to play for our team 2 before,
eg G company's player, SAP's player etc... we want to recruit them
back. |
