发帖数: 256 | 3 The first stop of the author's rural trip was Zhenyuan County. As presented in section 5.1, Zhenyuan is a county, which is recognized as non-poverty by central government and excluded from most of the poverty alleviation projects. Under the guide of the
village leader, the author visited the poorest village resident in the Baojing, the most impoverished village of Zhenyuan. Surprisingly, the poorest of the poor was a family with 6 younger men. Most of them were doing manual work outside of town. |

ìngyǔan; Wade–Giles: Ting Yuen or Ting Yuan) was a pre-dreadnaught
battleship and the flagship of the Chinese Beiyang Fleet. Her sister ship
was the Zhenyuan.

8月初 OCEF理事会通过决议，自2004年下半年起，助学工作重心将向西部倾斜，向整体
性贫困的地区倾斜，逐步退出东部一些省市的资助点。
In the beginning of August, OECF Committee passed a resolution to shift the
focus of initiatives towards western China, which is overall underdeveloped.
The committee also decided to exit from some provinces and cities in
eastern China gradually.
8月18日 2004～2005年度学生资助申请审批工作完成。共收到申请1808份近8000页申请
表格，批准了1522名资助学生。受助学生分布于中国17个省、37个县、83所学校。其中
，小学生793人，初中生729名；女生786名，男生736名。与2003～2004助学年度相比，
