There are several other authors have similar ideas, e.g., Zig Ziglar that I
would recommend as well.
That is exactly what I would think:
Success is not doing extraordinary things, but doing ordinary things
extraordinary well. Zig said and I quote "you need to be, before you could
have". While Mr. Liu Yimiao's tactics are excellently wonderful, his
process to think, as you said, is the core and jewel to his practices.

1. 成功不能复制
No, it cannot be copied. Very simple, if it could be, somebody else would
do it the same way. If one think he is the smartest, most hard-working ...,
I will find another person smarter and works harder.... However, many of
these so called winners have similar pattern, that is what we need to find
out; all of them also have unique differentiators and that are also what we
need to find out, and then build one's own skill set.

There is no traffic jam in the extra mile. - Zig Ziglar.
While I did not know LZ's business, I admire him/her on taking the extra
mile. It would not guarantee the success, but success can only happen there
. I can also feel the great satisfaction in the job well done by lz.
In that sense "付出不少劳动" is a prerequisite, but not a guarantee, to
success. |

发帖数: 138 | 17 我个人对资助大学生较持反对意见，并不是因为这个事不值得作（相反，对成年人的教
育是我们欠缺的地方－比如，有人拿了高学历是不是教育就到了呢？）。
教育的衡量并不是以学历为主要目标的，甚至不是以它为目标（比如最近沸沸扬扬的清
华博士逃离科研执教中学事件），如果我们认为教育以学历为目标，那么我们对他的教
育是不是完成了呢？
我个人认为，对大学生的资助（1）一方面培养他对某项对社会有益事业的热爱、对学
习能力的提高、对生活产生希望等等方向的教育我们还非常匮乏，我们可以作（比如可
以支持他们去支教）；（2）另一方面，以资助上学为目的的支持我并不赞成。解决问
题的能力／价值观大学生要以成年人的标准进行，成年人应该有以劳动为光荣的认识，
应该有面对困难而解决困难的毅力和能力。如果我们经常性支持学费，是对他们作为成
年人的能力的无视。当然，对突发性事件的救助是另一方面我们需要的，但是有更成熟
、比我们作得更好的组织作这个事情。
对小学生资助的理论是类似的，但是对小学生辅以一定量的资助上学，让他们在幼小的
心里产生对学习的希望和渴望是必要的。我们也发现，很多这些学生还同时在勤工俭学

在之前的一个贴子里我提到了 Zig Ziglar, 今天消息他去世了。我很喜欢他的一些话,
分享一下，虽然我不赞同他教会的观点。In the memory of the person who
