pkg根据大小linkedin senior, amazon senior (lv6), current pkg ~= optimizely
senior, zulily senior
Redfin senior拿到offer在等number。
除了redfin和linkedin都拒掉了。
简单说说
Amazon系统性low ball，通过bar raiser拿到lv6 offer。第一次onsite中遇到一个国
人大哥校友，很感谢大哥马上态度的转变，人间有真情人间有真爱。他们senior真的很
少（1 in ～25），内部升非常难。给我的pkg比我看到版面上的lv6 offer都要好，
senior职责很多architectural job。适合希望转architect的人。说实话很符合我的职
业规划，不过人在西雅图听到太多亚马逊的传说，怕了。
A的面试题目相对简单，注重OO Design。4轮2轮代码2轮设计（一轮OO＋代码，一轮系
统）。

从一个用户的角度。AMAZON一个是不便宜，一个是东西没保证。网上图片看着非常漂亮
，实物往往很差，比方衣服啊鞋啊什么的。
后来用ZULILY，就好很多。贴的都是选过的非常好看的。实物绝对比照片更漂亮质地更
好。感觉网站一个个事先挑过了保证质量。问题是比较满，定了货至少两个星期才拿到
。但是我还是喜欢ZULILY，放心，而且名牌货卖的巨便宜。
AMAZON 又要做大，又要快，自然质量没保证。比方买鞋吧，一搜出来一万个，哪有时
间一个个挑？好容易挑中的，买来一看又是照片好质地很差的。
有牌子，质量有保障的吧，AMAZON价格没优势。我经常能在LOCAL店掏到比AMAZON便宜
很多的大白菜。
所以我觉得AMAZON快死了一点不奇怪。CEO一心做大，大未必好，像ZULILY 做的小而精
才有竞争力。
至于云啊啥的，我不懂，但是我觉得AMAZON不算技术大牛吧。有什么是AMAZON能干
GOOGLE，MICROSOFT 不能干的呢？

s掏的,是oilily的.一般oilily卖得很贵的,掏到挺超值.如果你住的地方有daffy's的话
,我强力推荐,特别是宝宝的衣服,经常能掏到便宜的好东西.
