我的感受是TI像科普书，把很多非常有效,又相对比较好学的东西，以最快最简单的方式
教会给游开水业余爱好者。有些太难不容易速成的东西，ＴＩ就不细讲了。所以ＴＩ
的第一目标是让你相对轻松地能游xxxx米。
科普也是门学问，不能太高深，像要求专业运动员那样。如果那样，我们可能看了，像
看天
书，又没有教练，学一阵就可能不学了。ＴＩ的对象是非常广的，越广也越不容易符合所
有人的情况。
我觉得２年前ＴＩ所有的东西对我都是对的。现在９０％还是对的。但是可能１０％（
压头，入水点，打水等）和我现在的目标有点不一致。同时，如果没有ＴＩ我也觉不会
梦想现在的目标。与时俱
进吧。
TI减阻的三大方法：
1、压头压胸，抬臀抬腿 – 很多教练都提到压胸，但提到压头，和压头压那么低的就
是TI。这就是TI的好，也可能是Ti的缺点。
ＴＩ为何强调压头？
Ａ。大部分初学者都是头太高，教的过一点，land in the middle.
Ｂ。我觉得压头比压胸更容易学，更容易在没有教练的情况下自己检查深度。
Ｃ。压头效果更明显，ＴＩ针对开水，又不强调打水，所以头压低点，对可能他９５％

管子段，需要的功 =（水压头差*流量）+(管流中的摩擦阻力*管子面积)+(出口水的动

这一幕我早就经历过了，
根据我的分析，
水温的不稳定是由于热水的压力不足造成的。
根据化工原理中的动量守恒原理，
如果热水的压头远远超过从锅炉到水龙头的流动阻力，
则各龙头热水的流量相同。
现在由于热水压头不足，而冷水压头足够，
热水的流量分配就处于不均匀状态，
一方面，靠近锅炉的水龙头流量就大，远离锅炉的流量就小；
另一方面，各水龙头出水阻力也会相互影响，
如果邻近的水龙头热水的出水阻力增大(阀门旋紧)，
则自己的水龙头热水流量就会增加(太烫)；
反之，如果邻近的水龙头热水的出水阻力减小(阀门旋松)，
则自己的水龙头热水流量就会减少(太凉).
如此反复。
根治的方法就是：
增大锅炉的出水量和出水压头。 |

孙弘教授研究小组博士生潘梓诚同学的最新研究成果（2009年102卷055503页），这
是潘梓诚同学第二次，也是孙弘教授研究小组近年来第四次在该国际权威学术杂志上发
表论文。
本次发表的论文中采用量子力学密度泛函理论为基础的第一性原理计算方法，无需
任何实验参数，计算了纤锌矿氮化硼（Wurtzite BN）和六方金刚石（Lonsdaleite）结
构材料的理想强度。计算同时考虑了硬度实验中压头下垂直压力和切向应力的影响，从
理论上预测这两种材料的（维氏）硬度可能比地球上已知的最硬材料（立方）金刚石的
硬度高18%和58%。这有可能解释最近报道的一项实验结果，其中发现立方氮化硼和纤
锌矿氮化硼纳米颗粒混合物的硬度接近金刚石，而已知立方氮化硼的硬度只有金刚石的
60%左右，所以纤锌矿氮化硼的硬度可能很高。理论计算发现沿着纤锌矿氮化硼和六方
