这篇文章主要的观点有，1。高铁是刘志军独断专行搞出来的，包括象十河信二一样欺
骗政
府。2。高铁能够成功的关键甚至唯一的关键技术环节是引进动车组技术。3。高铁的代
价非常
大，而且资金无法回收，这其实是这篇文章的主题。这些都是错的。此外还有很多细节
错误。
作者先详细描述了一番十河信二建设新干线的做法，然后暗示刘志军也是同样的做法来
建高
铁。这是完全不对的。中国的建设由发改委审批，在发改委网站可以看到哪些项目批准
了。
