难道不是他可以进入和他自己有关的那部分,中国要的那部分他无权进入?正是因为中
国要的那部分他无权进入,他才找别人去要密码,才被别人告发的。要是他有权进入还
会管别人要密码?我想他自己的密码只被限制在和他有关资料,无关资料不能进入,这
也是很常规的做法。
1.你也承认他给中国送了链接,显然中国确实管他要东西了。这个你也不否认吧?
2.他获得密码进入他不该去的地方,你也不否认吧?
3.显然他没把数据库东西直接给中国,否则就不是现在这样子了。
4.他显然给了中国进入数据库的链接,你自己都承认。
5.他显然没给中国密码,否则也不会是现在这结局。
操,没直接给资料,只给一个链接,还没密码。好事坏事都做一半,理解为最后时刻收
手合理吧?

She can access to the database, the section she accessed is within her
privilege. So no, not No.2. Otherwise, this could be a much different story.
The link is public information, point to a government website, just like
doe.gov, or whitehouse.gov. As many such websites, some area needs password,
some doesn't. People are free to share PUBLIC information, what's your
problem?

可能”会帮助他们,就会做活局子夠陷你的亲属,让你为救亲属而给他们工作。但是如
果他们知道你不可能为他们工作,也就没必要做活局子害你的亲友,其实也是从另一个
方面保护你的亲友。

没有,因为他是汉人,而我不反对异族通婚,说反对异族通婚的是因为找不到对象才反
的。他把反他引申成反汉人,反男人,反中国。。。
其实女性追求自己的选择,与他们认为优秀的人在一起没问题。汉人有好的,也有差的
。异族有好的也有差的,华女挑好的本族,也挑好的异族有何问题?当然加入异族优秀
的进入竞争,就意味着本族差的要被淘汰,那差的总不愿意被淘汰,彻底短子绝孙,肯
定会有意见。但是淘汰劣种,引进优良种对华裔本身有好处。你如果优秀就不怕竞争,

大摆,美国的物流怎么优化的,等等等等。能在网上找的公开信息为什么不能分享呢?
至于国内的人如果需要密码,需要permit,那他自己想办法,自己去申请。有问题吗?
你把公司、学校、企业、机关等部门不允许下载、不允许输出的信息弄出去,那当然是
违法犯罪,被抓了,也应该愿赌服输。

也没那种必要,美国是你自己的国家,干自己感兴趣的工作就行了。你即使从事敏感工

咳,我说的就这意思。说三不的就是那些不是任何人都可以随便获得,需要授权和准许
的东西。
另外,有一点也要注意,美国对国内和出口有不同规定,同样东西你在美国买用在美国
就不需要任何手续,你要是出口就受到出口管制。他们也知道这一类军民两用东西的管
理规定,就有中国人试图让这边人帮助获得这类两用物资,告诉你美国没有任何限制,
让你拿到手再给他。你一转手就违反出口管制规定,责任都是你的。

如果她想把信息给中国,为什么不给中国密码呢?
我的理解是,你要想看内容,自己去找我们单位的头头申请吧,我给你密码我就违反规
定或者违法了。
如果她真要做间谍工作的话,那她就会用其它方式把密码发给中国那边了。甚至是link
也用其它方式发给中国那边了。
如果“2. 他获得密码进入他不该去的地方”,这个可以依照气象局的规定进行惩罚,
解雇甚至起诉都可以的。

There are more than enough interesting things to work on to satisfy one's
own intellect curiosity, and with good pay to support own family. It doesn't
make any sense to put oneself under 100x microscope when others are under
10x microscope.

对于那些物资出口的事情,我很清楚需要申请export license,有时候需要找研究出口
的律师专门咨询。
国内的人找你,你不需要害怕,直接找厂家问:这种sensor出口到中国需要什么手续?
如果像iphone一样,那我就随便用USPS寄;如果需要export license,具体怎么操作?
如果绝对不允许寄,那我就干脆不买。
出事吃亏的人,很多是根本没有export license这种概念和意识。

我认为从内心她不想干间谍,他国内亲友犯事她才与老同学联系,才被问及那些资料。
(当然不排除她亲友犯事是中国做的圈套,就是要她去搞情报。)
另外,我觉得他没给密码是后来发现势头不对,及时收手自救。区分是自救还是最初只
想给链接也许从他们往来通讯能区分,但是两种都有可能得到现在的结果,不会变成真
间谍。

忘了database的密码问IT security是常识吧, 而且基本肯定是agency的policy.
你说她supervisor应该take blame, 那她也应该take啊, 她知道这种practice违反常识
和公司policy,但没有report.

at all.
IT security can not be responsible for password of database/accounts
maintained outside of their coverage.
For example, a group of researchers share a network license of a Software.
They have a shared account with the Software provider and anyone in the
group
can get the password from the group leader to access to the shared account
