我觉得这个11% vs 2.7% argument 有两个潜在的fallacy:
1. Multiple time windows were mentioned in the article. Let's say we talk
about post WWII, so that's less than 70 years, which means about 17
presidential terms, and certainly means fewer than 17 presidents. Statistics
tell us that any conclusions drawn from about a dozen data points won't be
reliable at all.
