现在已经有了奖学金，现有如下问题想问：
1。单位是不是会很痛快的放人
2。我家户口是北京的，在外地上的研究生，是不是也要交单位的
违约金，我们单位3年签了3万（多吗？我觉得挺多的），
有没有不交违约金的方法？
3。由于在外地上大学，培养费是交给北京的还是学校所在地？
如果办旅游护照逃培养费是否可行？或是有什么别的方法？

2.everything should follow the contract. if the institute fired you... heihei.
3.where you apply for passport, where you give the money. use travel agent is
a method. you can also try to get an invitation to "fang3 you3 tan4 qin1".
4.I never did all these before. just heard something and make a guess. don't
take them too serious. :)

difficult in Peking to do it. Your passport is nothing but ID. If you have a
good relationship with the police department, you can get the passport without
anything.
