己的两门auditing都修得不好，但是今天一个老师说学了tax 回去不好，反而是
internal auditing最好，而且现在需求量很大。
请有经验JM指导一下，是这样子的吗？那么我有必要再修一点internal auditing的课
吗？我已经修过IT auditing。 另一个不想修internal auditing的原因是： 那个老师
据说狂烂，真不想浪费钱啊。请大家出出主意吧。 |

However, among public accountants, in-house accountants, and internal
auditors, I think IA is the least competent group.
I've met IA's who have 15/20+ years experiences and still act like they know
nothing. |

发帖数: 170 | 5 国内一些大公司有很好的internal audit部门，待遇不错，人也不是太辛苦，在公司内
部可以升得很快，选择也多一点，可以当controller，finance manager or
compliance officer, 我个人觉得比税务有趣一点。。。

more position more salary, more exposure to board.

发帖数: 509 | 9 You'll have a broader choice of jobs with audit background comparing to tax
if you eventually are planning to return to China, since tax is more
jurisdictional. You'll be studying and working from US tax perspective here
, which is not much useful once you go back to China.
Both PWC and EY have a small group of US tax specialty group in Shanghai,
not aware that other big4 has such niche practice in mainland China. If you
want to go from the international tax sector, you'll need to be at manager
or senior manager level in order to have a better career layout over there. |

发帖数: 2643 | 10 我在国内做过一年的internal auditor,完全是因为之前工作太累了换个轻松点而已。
个人感觉国内的内审不是很好做，有很多“做人”的因素在里头。不过现在内审的工作
倒是不难找，基本上大公司都有这个部门，但大部分都是公司内的非“主流”部门，所
以值不值得去得看自己的发展发向了和期望值了！ |

发帖数: 47 | 11 我是听我一回国的朋友说的。她是在一个美国大企业上海分公司那块，这次被派来美国
开会2个礼拜，在旅馆她碰到一个同是上海来的，做INTERNAL AUDIT的女孩，那个女孩
说，第一年觉得有意思，第二年就觉得累，因为基本没2周要出差一次，不是去欧洲就
是去美国。。。其实我觉得要是不怕累，应该还是很有意思的 |
