起薪一般多少？工作几年以后会达到什么量级。还有精算师是不是会计的更高一个级别

据说这个比较奇缺，工资也很高。

Entry level is about 35-40K ( New graduate )
Stsff II 40-55K ( Least one year experience)
Staff III 60-80K( least two years experience)
Senior 80-100K ( least 3-4 years experience) |

of 8-12%. The 50% is the jump you could get when quitting big4s for
industries. After joining the industry, one can only expect 4-6% of annual
raise,however the bulk bonus is very delicious and is what you can only wish
for with a cpa firm. Please also note that the 50% does not apply to
everybody who has big4 experience because even same years of experience of
same function within the same firm may vary by what clients

起薪一样，而且3年下来也还是那个level,不像会计都翻番了，做着真没劲。做原子弹
的不如卖茶叶蛋的，徒有一身学识，却不能转化成财富，悲哀。

leave. 1) Get CPA licensed 2) Get at least 3 years of experience focusing on
big public clients, preferably in the industry you are personally
interested in. Parallel with the above efforts is,and always is, improving
communication and people skills. Use big4 as a battle field to adapt
yourself to the American Corp workplace, practice ways to play the political
games and most importantly to find out where your real happi

好多技术、管理咨询公司可以去啊，工资比会计师高多了。
