not a internal transfer, it is the oversea recruitment, it will offer a high
growth career path and the package is around 15-25% better than what you

4 public accounting firm, and as I know, they really need quite a lot of
tax preffesionals (over 20 senior manager needed now) with oversea
experience who are Mandarin or Cantonese speaking, and I know that another
Big 4 has the similar recruitment program in North American as well. So I
can just say that Chinese Tax professionals in North America will be highly
demand in the coming 2-3 years.

4 public accounting firm, and as I know, they really need quite a lot of
tax preffesionals (over 20 senior manager needed now) with oversea

these manager/senior manger positions, normally you need 5-6 years to
achieve from an associate.
What my suggestion for you is: try you best to join a Big 4 here, or you can
apply their Chinese positions through their website or other chanel.

以后的路子会比较好走些。
就我手头的这些职位来讲，你的经验还稍稍短些，以前在国内的时候，见过一些海龟，
发现如果他们在国外的时候都是在小公司做的话，回国以后并没有什么优势，大的外企
一样很少请的。所以，工作经历太重要。好好规划一下是有必要的

”这样的大公司，entry level早在学校就把学生都招满了？像高一点level的，我们这
种小公司的工作经验又很难进？不知bear88这里还有没有别的机会，或是给些建议？多

in China, I do refer someone to the Tax group of KPMG for an entry level
position. I
If you know someone in the big 4, and they can refer you to the line manager
or HR department, I think you still have a chance to join. |

enviornment, I have no idea as well, someone might know.
The firm I am working for now is a Canada firm, this is only one project
that target in China, they do lots of local search accross North America.
They are now trying to develop most projects target in China, cause' they
found lot of business opportunities there. |

发帖数: 15 | 26 吸引人的不是MANAGER的TITLE，只是在中国的BIG4 里大量缺乏SENIOR MANAGER 和
Partner， 像我的客户， 今年就还缺8个partner， 未来几年还要找超过50个partner.
只能说晋升到partner的速度可能会比美加快，机会也更大些。另外就是看大家对中国
经济未来的发展的预期了。如果ODI继续大规模增长，在中国BIG4 的空间和发挥应该也
会大些。
