for 20 years. at the end of 20 year, they intend to sell the store for an
estimated 400,000. The J and S will finance the investment with a variable

1.1-5 在time=0 =PV(8%,5,70000,0,0)=279,490
2. 6-10 discount到time=5 PV(10%,5,70000,0,0)= 265,355, 然后再这个基础上再
discount 到time=0 = 265,355/(1.05^5)=>207，913
3. 10-20 discount到time=10， PV(12%,10,70000,400000,0)， 然后再这个基础上再
discount 到time=0 =》 PV(12%,10,70000,400000,0)/(1.08^5)/(1.05^5)
