business.
Depends on which state you are in.
Federal part: File a final federal tax return.
State part:
Consult the secretary of state to close your registration.
Consult the state franchise board to close your franchise tax liability.
If you have sales tax consult state comptroller as well.
Mostly ask what forms need to be used, usually state will give you detailed
information. Then follow the instruction, file form, pay | q****9
