如果申请德州AUSTIN和UIUC或者芝加哥大学的MA全自费有希望么？
还是应该申请就业好的地区例如UCLA, USC, NYU,
免学费有可能么？有经验的同志给点建议。

of them.
Tuition waived? For MA, if she's US GC or citizen, and if she can find a TA
position, YES!
For non-US residents...very hard to get full tuition waived...may be some
scholarship (i.e. several thousand $ a yr)
For PHD....if you cannot get full scholarship....don't GO ! | k*z
