我的申请表是该什么时候寄出去好？
另外board等于收到关于我的三方于不同时间分别寄过去的材料
我需要有什么说明吗

documents that the Board requires from YOU.Most boards keep tracking your
application documents,received either from you, AICPA, your schools or other
institutions.
Generally speaking, you don't need to estimate the time that the other
institutions send out your documents, unless the Board clearly requires all
documents must be received around the same time.
