firms which have provided legal services to the company;
Then send legal confirmation to each firm to confirm as of the reporting
date (usually the end of the field work date) whether or not the company is
involved in any lawsuit and is subject to any potential contingent lawsuit.
The replied legal confirmation is the best audit evidence. |

company management regarding any legal issues.
Legal confirmation is a MUST. from both external attorney and general
counsel if applicable.
About your second question, I really don't get it. We don't CALCULATE time,
we just CHARGE time worked... |
