income. what is the likely explanation for this situation?
2. Expenditures on PP&E exceeded the addback for depreciation each year.
What is the likely explanation for this difference in amounts? | p**z 发帖数: 1311 | 2 1. the company does not have a lot of depreciatable asset, and as such,
depreciate expense is relatively minimum every year?
2. the company can be buying real estate that has a high land value(not
depreciated) so depreciate may be low every year? OR it can just happen if
the company is purchasing a lot of PPE, since depreciate is fraction of the
PPE purchase, it still makes sense even if PPE is > than DEP? |
