经验这个，没有有时候也不是坏事。我们头招我的时候就说，没经验的好，可以按照他
的方式培训，做事

经验都要3年以上的...
请问你在哪个CITY啊. 要是找FIRM的工作, 想去大一点的, 现在在LOCAL的小FIRM做.
一般他们什么时候开始RECRUIT新人啊.
