What's mean LIMIT?

friends or someone cannot use it in YOUR computer or NOT GROUP STUDY.
My friend use my book(anytime) and CD(in my computer). I don't care.I bought
this CD, then this CD is mine.My friend can use it anytime.

I just think it is unfair because your sharing partners should know their
right and risk when they don't have the course CD manual.
