低），然后想在NEW JERSY OR NEW YORK工作，这样可以吗？可以挂CPA的title吗？
另外，还有一点不明白，是不是拿哪个州的license就只能给那个州的公司的财务报表
之类的签字，不能给其他州的公司FS签字啊？
因为对美国的政策不清楚，还请工作的朋友或是有经验的朋友介绍一下，万分感谢！ |

or NJ if you only hold a Delaware license. otherwise many people will get
licenses in DE and work in other states. i don't think it works that way.
each jurisdiction has their own rule.
you can tell people that you are a CPA but when comes to work especially
auditing that requires a CPA's signature, you better clarify that you only
license in DE.
