的含金量比较高 之前也复习过 ，大家能不能提一些建议， CFA 和CPA那个更加实用

There are some overlapping financial accounting topics in CPA and CFA.
CPA's focus is on how financial statements are created from raw transaction
data... and the process to ensure that the statements are compliant to
standards.
CFA is on the other side: given financial statements, the real transactions
need to be figured out so that the company's financial reality can be
understood and thus its stock value can be judged. Of course, this is part
of CFA's materials. |

financial engineers look down on CFA people.
i would also say accounting & finance is totally different if you just want
something to polish your resume. |
