A business combination is accounted for an acquisitions. should the fees of
finders, legal fees and consultants be record as expenses or increase the
investment account?
我用2009 becker复习的，书上说是要expense,但是却碰到习题的答案说是要increase
the investment account，不知道哪个是正确的？ |

acquisition method。 |
