hear back from them. she said they are busy right now, and said sth else, i
dont remember if she answered my question. its a big company, and the small
team is gonna make the decision. do you think how long is gonna take them to
make decision? and when should i follow up with them again? i sent thank
you letter right after interview. thx |

然有时候有特殊情况,比方说HR正好在休假等等. |

basically it's over. So to follow up or not really doesn't help but it's
your choice.

for 3 weeks only to get my oral offer, and after one week get formal offer.
I think you could send follow up after one week to express your interest.
At the same time keep looking for other jobs if you can.Big bless~~ Good
