CPA 4门考试first attempt全过。
目前在一家小公司工作, 有H1-B。英语流利，口音还可以。现在上班有至少1/3以上的
时间与客户电话交流或与公司内部各部门交流。有一定的communication skills.目前
为止没有收到任何客户或者内部同事无法理解对方的complaint.
现在想去四大或者大一些的firm里学习锻炼，不计较salary. 希望能先做audting。需
要H1 sponsor. 恳请有消息的朋友能帮我refer.

毕业6个月以内的基本不符合referral program 直接当fresh grad看待。
一般firm只招experienced hire是之前有firm经验的。无论大小。
LZ只说小公司。。。除非你认识partner 或者有好的connection...一般来说很难。
要是有LS Cai老大的background 那肯定大家都抢着refer啊
有referral bonus拿的啊 你以为我不想啊 |

experienced only.
If you really want to work for big4, build up more experience and someone
may refer you as experienced hire.

过这种例子的确很少 |
