发帖数: 26 | 1 刚进校，一年的Master Program,马上就大规模校园招聘了，可是好多都不懂，望版里
前辈指教！
最主要纠结于投简历时只能投一个position，那么该如何决定是投tax ，audit ，
assurance ，advisory 还是consulting呢？最主要在于课修得还不多，不是很了解，
能不能麻烦大家说说自己的看法？
个人情况：本科非会计，有过一个local firm的小实习，做做简单的income tax
return，bookkeeping啥的
那么，投哪个方向胜算大些？税？审计？该肿么做决定呢。。。如果投四大的话有没有
什么策略性的东西需要注意？
求大家指点！

发帖数: 509 | 2 If your master is in accounting, then you have pretty much just two choices,
audit or tax. Audit is the same as assurance. As for internal audit, I
think they usually don't recruit fresh grad students, but rather have
experienced transfer from audit. You really have to make up your mind at
the beginning on picking a path (audit or tax), since that's what you'll be
sticking with for your career.
Audit hires more people, but require more on communication skills and a
really outgoing personality. People who usually chose tax know that they
like tax much better since beginning. If you really don't know which to
choose, go to audit, it has a broader career path on what you can do in the
next few years.
For big 4 interviews, be sufficiently prepared for the behavior questions.
