比你level的人高很多的话,可能就给你升的少一些吧。我们这里就有这样的情况。
不过做到这个level,salary已经不是最重要的事情了。career development更重要了
吧,有没有什么glass ceiling之类的。4th year manager不给升senior manager吗?

specialty two years after I initially obtained the manager title, or they still treat me as a cheap foreign laborer.
Hopefully I'll be promoted to a senior manager position in two years, but I could have jumped the ship by then.

someone who had a very similar situation as yours did that and got another
raise in one month. Everything is negotiable as long as your partner is on
your side.
