(staff and senior) rather than higher levels. Although it's not formal
interview, but they do evaluate you from a casual point of view. At least
they'll give their opinion whether they like you as a team member. They
might not be the pivotal vote to extend you the offer, but positive
comments from them will earn you some positive scores in the decision
making process comparing candidates. Remember, interview is always a
subjective matter !
They usually do a dinner night w/ the partners the day before. It'll be
nice to leave a good impression at the dinner table, but if it's not the
partner interviewing you the second day, it might not help too much.
Just be your self, confident, reliable with positive attitude. | d******g

发帖数: 509 | 4 一般是的。我之前说过，onsite interview是一天的，所以有可能上午面两个人，吃完
饭下午再面两个人。具体有几个面试的session不同的公司和不同的office应该不太一
样，不过不会少过两个。一天下来保持微笑，脸都僵掉了，还要全天保持最好状态，挺
累的。
当天具体的流程HR应该会提前email给你啊？如果没有的话，可以发个email问问，这样
也好准备充足，否则你到最后连要问的问题都问光了，冷场就不妙了。 | v********e

questiosn and talk and lisent. eating too much will hurt your image and your
focus in the afternoon. |
