* 33 semester hours in accounting
* 36 semester hours in general business electives
对于这150个学分的定义，我很迷惑。是不是150个学分必须是关于accounting 和
business 的课程。还是所有课程都可以？我本科是学电气的，然后读的 MS
Accounting。33 semester hours in accounting 和 36 semester hours in general
business electives 都满足了。但是所有的accounting 和 business 课程加起来不满
足150 credit hours。不过把本科和研究生的课程加起来，学分远远超出150。我这个

business electives。 其他的那些随便都行。
不过就是要注意到那33个会计学分必须是至少各自有一门跟CPA考试有关的
具体忘记了，不过记得NY board of Public Accountancy 网站上应该是有说明的 | e*****n

估计应该没问题。我再去核实下。

Option 3 – (150 licensure requirement) Candidates who applied for licensure
or who completed their education after August 1, 2009 and have completed
150 semester hours, must meet one of the following:
1. Completed a registered 150 program approved by NYSED – (CPA Examination
Services reviews education. Complete Registered Program Form), or
2. Completed a master's degree with a major in accounting from a school
accredited in accounting by AACSB – (CPA Examination Services reviews
education), or
3. Completed a bachelor's or higher degree and a minimum of 150 semester (
225 quarter) hours in college level education to include the following:
• 33 semester (49.5 quarter) hours in accounting to include each of
the following:
• Financial accounting,
• Cost accounting,
• Taxation,
• Audit and attestation,
• Accounting research, and
• 36 semester (54 quarter) hours in general business.
Note: The following two subjects: Communications and Ethics and
Responsibilities, are required and may come from accounting or business.
根据以上要求, 是不是只需要满足1, 2 或者 3 之中的一个就行了? 如果已有master
in accounting from a school accredited by AACSB, 是不是, 就不需要满足 3 了?
另一个问题是Note里讲的Communications and Ethics and Responsibilities, 是 3
的要求, 还是 1,2, 3 都必须的要求?
